Confession time again: I'm useless at picnics.
Not the food bit - I can prep (and shop) like a champion. But then I pack things that practically require a fully set dinner table (including silverware and cut crystal glasses). I pack FAR too much. Someone (ie Oscar) has to lug it all. And afterwards we're carrying sandy leftovers back in containers that now need to be washed.
