Appropriate bins and signage for recycling taken on site with hiring.

Recyclable items cleaned and segregated from general and organic waste on site.

Glass, Metal, Plastics, and Cardboard/paper sorted as individual streams.

Recycling to be returned to dish and placed in appropriate recycling bags at HQ.
Organic Waste:

60 litre blue bins to be taken on site to jobs where prep/plate/buffet waste is likely.

Bins returned to Dish and waste transferred into Urban Farms 120 litre blue organic bins and treated with bokashi.
General Waste:

Where possible, dispose of general waste in designated bins on site.

Where necessary, return general waste to Dish with recycling and organic waste.
