Braai has been part of Dish since the very early days—partly because we love it, partly because half the places we've catered don't have kitchens. Half drums, open fire, South African roots. It just works!
We used to show off with sophisticated braai dishes. Now? We've evolved. Massive, bone-in steaks, as thick as old-school telephone directories. If you're going primal with fire and meat, why hold back?
Here's the thing, though: it's hot around the braai this time of year. Even with a Donkey Long Tong, someone's sweating over those coals. Let our chefs handle it instead. We’ll bring the full authentic braai experience, leaving you to socialise in the shade, with an appropriate beverage.
