Oscar’s slow-roasted pork belly (2 pax)
Slow-roasted pasture-reared pork belly that makes it super easy for busy home cooks to knock together great dishes in a few minutes.
Cooked and packed off-site.
Due to the cooking time involved, the same-day 8.00am cut-off unfortunately cannot be applied. Please order the day before.
Here are some of the uses for this pre-roasted pork belly:
– classic pork belly plate
– pork bao
– pork taco
– noodle stir fry
If you’re planning to use it for pork bao or taco, please add a comment to your delivery instructions, so that it can be sliced specially for that.

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.
Transfer slices of pork belly to an oven tray, skin side up.
DO NOT COVER.
Try to keep them packed together so that there aren’t gaps between slices (similar to how they arrive). Pop into oven for 12-15 minutes until heated through.
If you want to refresh the crackling, pre-heat oven, with grill on. Pop the oven tray with pork under the grill. Watch carefully, because you don’t want it to burn. When heated through, serve.
