Join us on Friday 7 December for a Worldclass Cocktail Dinner at The Garrett Bar, presented by Bradley Jacobs. The cost is R350pp, with guest arrival at 7.00pm.

Salmon and Dill Savoury Macaroon – Squid ink blackened savoury macaroons with smoked salmon and dill crème fraîche centres
Chicken Caesar Bite – A bite size parmesan basket filled with grilled chicken tossed in caesar dressing, topped with a boiled egg wedge
Lamb Briyani Arancini – Crisp Camargue red rice arancici, with toasted coconut salsa
Biltong Bliss – A baked biltong and caramelised onion cheesecake topped with crème fraîche, caramelised onion and thyme
Brie and Pistachio Wontons – Crispy fried wonton pastries filled with pistachio nuts and gooey brie serve with fiery plum dipping sauce
