Event Details

We continue our series of Whisky dinners on 2 June with a slightly different format. The hugely knowledgeable and highly entertaining Bradley Jacobs will present a blind tasting of six single malts (there’s a prize for the person who gets closest to identifying all of them). After the big reveal we’ll serve main course and dessert.

Arrival – cocktails and canapés

Goat’s cheese and fig springrolls

Main course
Braised beef brisket, café au lait sauce, mushrooms, cauliflower, cocoa and glazed carrots

Dessert
Traditional pumpkin pie filled tart, served with honey ice cream and pumpkin seed brittle

The Polo Club chefs have unleashed their creative powers on The Real Meal Revolution’s green (and orange) list for the evening’s specially themed Banting dinner.
